Our work defining an important human information intermediary role in health and social care professionals, which also identifies a core set of intermediary competencies, has also been adopted and published by the Scottish Government as part of Action Two of their Making it Easier: a Health Literacy Action Plan for Scotland 2017-2025.  The plan can be downloaded here.
